    Operational summary of the Committee for external relations of St. Petersburg on the situation around the victims of the fall of ice from the roof of the building on Aptekarsky Avenue (according to 20.00 05 February)

    It is established that the dead young man is a citizen of Uzbekistan, a 5th year student of the faculty of pharmacy.

    The injured young man is a citizen of Russia, a 4th year student of the faculty of pharmacy.

    The young man was diagnosed: Brain concussion. Fracture of the anterior wall of the frontal sinus. Contusions of soft tissues of the right thigh, right hand and left forearm. Abrasions to the forehead, right hand.

    At the hospital the victim was visited by the Chairman of the Committee for external relations of St. Petersburg. Also the father of the young man has arrived. In addition, communication with the Consulate General of Tajikistan in St. Petersburg is maintained. If necessary, assistance in the organization of transport and accommodation in St. Petersburg relatives of the victim at the time of his treatment. Payment for treatment will be fully provided by the city.
