On September 20, 2009, the exhibition on Chinese painting and calligraphy "World of Harmony" was opened at St.Petersburg State University "St.Petersburg House of Nationalities", timed to the 60th anniversary of establishment of friendly relations between China and Russia. The exhibition is organized by St.Petersburg Chinese community and assisted by St.Petersburg State University "St.Petersburg HoN".

The exhibition is organized by St.Petersburg Chinese community and assisted by St.Petersburg State University "St.Petersburg HoN".
The opening ceremony was attended by: Consul for Culture of Chinese Consulate in St.Petersburg, the President of the Center for International Exchange of Chinese painting and calligraphy, the Chairman of the St.Petersburg Chinese community, representatives of NGOs and the public of St.Petersburg.
The exhibition features 80 works: these are graphics, oil painting, and watercolours whose authors are well-known Chinese artists - Cheng Zhungxi, Tung Zhenzhung, Su Yanlin, Wang Zhonghe, Lo Hung, Xiao Jin and others, widely recognized in many countries. Their works were shown in China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia, Italy.
