On May 29, 2019, the Russian-Vietnamese business forum was held at the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The event was attended by a delegation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam led by the Director General of the Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Comrade Wu Ba Phu
Within the framework of the forum, business meetings were held between representatives of Russian and Vietnamese companies, as well as negotiations between the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for External Relations Vyacheslav Kalganov and the head of the Vietnamese delegation.
The parties discussed cooperation in the field of trade and investment attraction between St. Petersburg and Vietnam.
