On July 1 to 2, 2010, N. Anstee, Lord Mayor of the City of London, visited St.Petersburg as a head of a delegation of business circles.
During the visit, N. Anstee met with M.E. Oseevskiy, Vice-Governor of St.Petersburg, and they discussed the issues of cooperation of St.Petersburg and the UK in the economic sphere.
The Lord Mayor took part in a briefing on public-private partnership with the Committee for External Relations, the Committee on Investments and Strategic Projects, and the Committee on Transport-Transit Policy.
N. Anstee gave a speech at the summit of commercial real estate market of Russia, took part in the seminar «The City of London in 2010», organized with the assistance of the British Consulate General in St.Petersburg and devoted to the cooperation with the City in the area of financial services, and visited St.Petersburg Commodity Exchange.
