    The project "St. Petersburg cuisine" joined by new partners

    Today, April 4, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Committee on external relations of St. Petersburg and the catering establishment "Pechorin" from the team of the restaurant "Severyanin»

    In accordance with the terms of the Memorandum on the formation of a recognizable gastronomic brand of St. Petersburg in the menu "Pechorin" brand name "St. Petersburg cuisine" marked traditional regional dishes such as whipped pike caviar on rye bread, pie with a viziga, appetizer of cold veal and boiled tongue with walnut sauce and pate from the liver of a rabbit with onion marmalade.

    All dishes are presented in the menu on a regular basis.
