During the visit, the delegation visited Chinese business center in LenExpo, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Smolny.
The delegation was led by the Deputy Chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the Chairman Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Mrs. Feng Yuetszyuy.
The delegation also included the representatives of the Chambers of Commerce of Shaanxi Province's cities and the heads of companies engaged in agriculture, transport, wholesale trade, etc.
During the visit, the delegation visited Chinese business center in LenExpo, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Smolny.
There was an agreement signed between Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Shaanxi Province and St. Petersburg state-financed institution "Center for Entrepreneurship Development and Support" (CEDS).
On 5 December, there was a meeting between the representatives of Shaanxi delegation and the heads of profile committees of the Administration of St. Petersburg.

- the Head of the Department for Consumer Market Development of the Committee for Entrepreneurship and Consumer Market Development of St. Petersburg, E.G. Podgornaya,
- the Director of St. Petersburg state-financed institution "Center for Entrepreneurship Development and Support" (CEDS), D.V. Starkovsky.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects of cooperation: investment, tourism, development of mutual trade, construction of new shopping centers.
The Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg, E.D. Grigoriev, stressed that Russian Northern Capital has wide experience in cooperation with Chinese partners and offered the delegation of Shaanxi Province to develop joint projects, in particular the use of logistic possibilities of St. Petersburg within the framework of the development of China's "One Belt One Road" strategy ("Silk Road Economic Belt").
The Chinese party expressed its interest in developing cooperation. To continue the work, participants of the meeting agreed to establish a list of companies in St. Petersburg and Shaanxi Province, which will receive informational support from the Center for import substitution and localization of Saint Petersburg and the Chamber of Commerce ans Industry of Shaanxi Province.
Mrs. Feng offered E.D. Grigoriev to take part in in the large trade exhibition "One Belt One Way" in May 2017, which will be the first event of its kind in Shaanxi Province.
