The main objective of the forum is the desire to increase the effectiveness of interaction between business, government and civil society for the development of the Northern Dimension regions in a changed reality.
The event was dedicated to the problem of economic growth and sustainable development of the Arctic region and the "Northern Dimension" region, as well as to the issues of investment incentives for foreign and Russian companies in the North-West region of Russia.
