    On November 19, a seminar on the work of the port of Antwerp was held in the Atrium of Commandant's house of Peter and Paul Fortress

    A delegation featuring representatives of transport and logistics companies from the port of Antwerp headed by Marc Van Peel, Vice Mayor of Antwerp and President of the of the Antwerp Port Authority, participated in the seminar.

    The seminar was preceded by a meeting of Mr. M. Van Peel and Filip Cumps, Consul General of the Kingdom of Belgium in St. Petersburg, with the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Transport A.V. Lvov and representatives of the Committee for External Relation of St. Petersburg. In the course of the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects of bilateral cooperation in the area of transport and the humanitarian area. On the same day a concert of a prominent Flemish carillon player Joseph William Haasen was held in the Peter and Paul Cathedral.
