On September 29, 2015, a conference “International Research and Engineering Programs and Cross-Border Cooperation: New Opportunities of Facilitating Internationalization of St. Petersburg Organizations” took place at the Import Substitution and Localization Centre.
A round table “Programs of Russia-EU Cross-Border Cooperation 2014-2020” was held in the course of the conference. The discussion at the round table was focused on the prospects of cross-border cooperation till 2020 along with summarizing the results of the program period 2007-2013.
On behalf of the Administration of St. Petersburg Sergey Sergeevich Nikolaev, Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department at the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg, made a speech titled “The Role of St. Petersburg in Programs of Russia-EU Cross-Border Cooperation”.
