    On May 29th, 2015 a round table dedicated to rehabilitation of combat veterans was held at “PetroCongress” Congress Centre

    The round table was organized by Eugene Kasevin, Head and Founder of the Project “Victory Day London”, with support of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg, the Committee for Social Policy of St. Petersburg, and the Committee for Public Health.

    From the British side the round table was attended by Professor Jamie Hacker Hughes, President of the British Psychological Society; Dr Walter Busuttil, Director of Medical Services at Combat Stress Health Charity Organization; David Shaw, Chairman of AF&V Launchpad Veteran Charity Organization.

    From the Russian side the round table was attended by Alexander Veraksa, Doctor of Psychology and  Vice-President of the Russian Psychological Society, as well as representatives of the Committee for Public Health, the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg, expert psychologists from St. Petersburg medical institutions, representatives of the Regional Division of All-Russian Public Organization “Russian Red Cross”, St. Petersburg Public Health Facility “St. Petersburg Hospital for War Veterans” as well as representatives of combat veterans` NGOs.
