According to the Sberbank of Russia, a round colored insert, made on special technology that provides the effect of changing image, is placed in the center on the reverse of the coin. If you look at the insert, gradually  changing the angle of view, you can see either a picture of the Admiralty building on the Neva River in St. Petersburg, or frontal image of Flindres Street station in Melbourne. The top of the reverse has the inscription in English “Sister Cities” (twin-cities). The coin is made of silver, 999 standard, 31,7 g. Size of the coin - 40,4*4 mm.  Quality of mintage - proof. It is not the first joint project: the Perth Mint has already released a series of coins with animals of Russia, as well as coins devoted to Victory Day.
