    On February 25, 2013, at Smolny, there was a meeting of St. Petersburg Government member, Chairman of St. Petersburg Committee for External Relations A. V. Prokhorenko and Markus Em, the head of the Bavarian Hanns Seidel Fund`s Moscow Branch.
