October 10, the meeting of Consul General of Switzerland in St. Petersburg Ernst Steinmann and Deputy Head of Economic Department of Embassy of Switzerland in Russia Tadjio Schilling was held in the Committee for External Relations. During the meeting, the parties discussed cooperation between St. Petersburg and Switzerland in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as exchange of experience in the energy industry.
One of the outcomes of the Swiss delegation visit to St. Petersburg headed by Minister of the Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications of Switzerland Doris Leuthard was the offer to the Swiss party to use the territory of Partneriat in St. Petersburg and St. Petersburg International Innovation Forum for better presentation of capabilities and experience of Switzerland in the areas of mutual interest.
