In St.Petersburg, the guests were received at the St.Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after M.A.Bonch-Bruevich, Petrovskiy College, and the Palace of Students. A series of informational meetings and discussions, concerning the prospects of sharing the experience in education.

St.Petersburg and Manchester concluded a Cooperation Agreement in 1962. To celebrate the jubilee of this, the Days of Manchester were run in our city in March while the Days of St.Petersburg were run in Manchester in April, 2012.
