During this visit, on June 7, 2012, L.E.Shapiro, Acting Chairman of the Committee on Transport Infrastructure Development of St.Petersburg, had a conversation with the representatives of an American company “The Dow Chemical».
In the course of the meeting, the company proposed the city to consider the opportunity of usine the technologies developed by «The Dow Chemical» for production of bridges paving and road marking based on epoxy resins.
