On October 15, 2009, the delegation was received at Smolny by A.V. Porohorenko, Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg.
During the meeting, the parties exchanged their opinions on major issues of the relationship between St.Petersburg and Baden-Württemberg. Promising areas of cooperation are medical equipment, manufacturing of car components, and power-saving technologies.
