A seminar devoted to «Information and communication Technologies», within the confines of the Seventh Framework Program of European Union, was run in Smolny on May 29, 2009.
The seminar was organized by St.Petersburg Committee for External Relations and St.Petersburg Committee on Information and Communications, with the active participation of «Russian-European Innovative Partnership» enterprise.
The speakers at the seminar were officials of the Directorate General for Information Society and Mass Communications of European Commission.
The seminar was attended by about 100 people – representatives of research and higher education institutions, enterprises and organizations of the city.
