    II International scientific conference «BRIC: step by step» was held in St.Petersburg on May 14 through 15, devoted to the interaction of the most dynamically developing countries: Brazil, Russia, India, and China.

    Organizers: St.Petersburg Administration, with the scientific support of St.Petersburg State University.

    The conference participants were representatives of academical circles, experts, and officials from Russia, Brazil, China, India, Lithuania, Japan, Britain, and France.
