The delegation's sojourn in our town was due to the traditional «German Week» held on the Neva riversides for sixth successive years.
The prospects of cooperation of St.Petersburg and the Frankfurt-Rhine-Main Region were discussed. Representatives of German financial center were interested in the oportunity to work together with St.Petersburg financial institutions, as well as in the cooperation of small- and medium-scale companies of the region with St.Petersburg partners, in particular in the field of water purification plants.
One of the most promising projects of cooperation of St.Petersburg and the FRM Region could be the partnership of financial educational institutions of the city and the «Finance Academy» located in Frankfurt-am-Main.
