    The Choir «Chorus-Art» from Stuttgart (Germany) Visited St.Petersburg on April 11 through 18, 2009

    Under the invitation of St.Petersburg Association for International Cooperation and within the framework of the activities devoted to the 60th anniversary of establishing the Federal Republic of Germany, the choir «Chorus-Art» from Stuttgart (Germany) had its sojourn St.Petersburg on April 11 through 18, 2009.
    Under the invitation of St.Petersburg Association for International Cooperation and within the framework of the activities devoted to the 60th anniversary of establishing the Federal Republic of Germany, the choir «Chorus-Art» from Stuttgart (Germany) had its sojourn St.Petersburg on April 11 through 18, 2009.

    During the visit, the choir gave a series of performances before the students and teachers of Musical Paedagogics Faculty at the RSPU named after Gertsen and the pupils of School № 61 of Vyborgskiy District, and met with the team of youth orchestra «Silver Strings» and the group of activists of the Society «Russia–Germany» in the House of Friendship.

    On April 17, a concert took place in Petrikirhe, at which the choir «Chorus-Art» and the Youth Russian Orchestra «Silver Strings» performed the pieces of spiritual, classical, and folk music.
