    Today, July 5, Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg, Yevgeny Grigoryev, met in Smolny with a delegation of the Bukhara region (Republic of Uzbekistan) headed by deputy Hokim Sanatillo Hikmatov

    From the side of St. Petersburg, the meeting was attended by representatives of the Committee on Industrial Policy and Innovation of St. Petersburg, the Committee on Investments and the Center for the Development and Support of Entrepreneurship.

    From the Bukhara region, the delegation was attended by representatives of the Khokimiyat’s specialized departments for investment and foreign trade, economics and the integrated development of the region’s regions, as well as the leadership of the Council of farmers and dekhkan farms and private land owners of Uzbekistan in Bukhara region and representatives of companies engaged in the agro-industrial sector and other directions.

    During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation, including in the supply of quality food products from Uzbekistan, cooperation in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, etc.
