    St.Petersburg Awarded the Prize "Six Siamond Stars" for the Achievements in the Promotion of Tourism

    On March 29, 2010, V. Molchanov, Vice-Governor of St.Petersburg, received at Smolny Joseph Cinque, President of the American Academy of Hospitality Industry, who awarded St.Petersburg with the prize "Six Diamond Stars", established by the Academy, for the achievements in the promotion of tourism.

    American Academy of Hospitality Industry is one of the major global organizations that ranks the achievements in the area of tourism, restaurant business, high-quality products, and tourism services of premium quality, and every year issues bestowes its international award "Six Diamond Stars" in a nomination.

    In 2009, the prize in the nomination "Ciity Achievements in Tourism" was judged to New York. Hotel Corinthia St.Petersburg was also the winner in 2009, in the nomination "Best Hotel".
