On March 4, 2010, the members of the Group of Finnish Advisors to the St.Petersburg Government of Finland visited St.Petersburg.
During the visit, the representatives of the Group (the company «Neste», «Cargotec», «Pohjola Pankki», «Gasum») met with M.E.Oseyevskiy, Vice-Governor of St.Petersburg, E.I. Elin, Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade, A.V. Prokhorenko, Chairman of the Committee for External Relations, and LF Lykova, acting Head of the Administration of the Federal Tax Inspectorate over St.Petersburg.
At the meetings, the results of the past year were discussed in the context of the global economic recession, as well as plans of the companies to promote their presence in the St.Petersburg market, including the expansion of business and the interaction of the City Administration with Finnish businesspeople, to achieve a mutually beneficial partnership.
