The event was organized by the Vietnamese Society in St. Petersburg and the Ho Chi Minh Youth Communist Union.
A solemn meeting with the speeches of officials and participants, the youth contest "Miss and Mr. SVLEN-2019", a concert program with music and dance performances was held.
The event was attended by representatives of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg - Deputy Chairman-Head of the Department of Information and Relations with International Organizations Vyacheslav Kalganov.
On the part of Vietnam were Chairman of the Vietnamese community in St. Petersburg Le Din Wu, commissioner of the community Nguyen Thi Minh Han, chairman of the Ho Chi Minh Youth Communist Union Le Wang Han.
