The representative of St. Petersburg, the Commission is co-chaired by the Chairman of the Committee for the development of entrepreneurship and consumer market of St. Petersburg Elgiz Kachaev, on the Azerbaijani side – Deputy Minister of economy Sahib Mammadov.
The meeting discussed the results of the work carried out and prospects for the development of cooperation in trade, economic, humanitarian and cultural spheres. It was decided to continue work on the exchange of experience of specialized specialists, including through the organization of mutual visits.
The third meeting of the Commission on economic and humanitarian cooperation between the Government of St. Petersburg and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be held in Baku in 2019.
