S.L. Markov noted export growth between St. Petersburg and New Zealand according to the results of the previous year. He mentioned launching of joint Russia-New Zealand dairy production facility UNIFOOD LLC in December 2018 as a successful example of business collaboration development.
In addition, participation of representatives from New Zealand in major forums organized in St. Petersburg including St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and the 137-th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in October 2017 is a sign of their interest in developing mutually beneficial contacts in various areas.
