During the meeting, the Deputy Head of the administration of the Governor of St. Petersburg-Chairman of the Committee of public service and personnel policy of the Governor of St. Petersburg Mikhailov A.S. spoke about the system of municipal management in St. Petersburg as a whole, the public service, the work with personnel, motivation, personnel assessment, key performance indicators, rapid testing of civil servants in the electronic document management system.
Acting Chairman of the External Affairs Committee of St. Petersburg S. L. Markov informed the Israeli delegation about the main activities of the Committee, as well as bilateral cooperation between St. Petersburg and Israel.
As reported by S. L. Markov, a monument in Jerusalem in honor of the feat of the defenders and residents of Leningrad during the blockade will be opened in 2019. This event will be accompanied by the "Days of St. Petersburg in Israel", which will be held in 6 Israeli cities.
The counsellor of the Vice-Governor A. V. Mityanina A. N. Ter-Minasova, who is in charge of health and social policy, has told about projects implemented in cooperation with Israel in the field of geriatrics.
At the end of the speeches, representatives of the St. Petersburg Administration answered questions from members of the Israeli delegation.
