On December 1, 2018 the delegation of the Youth Communist Union named after Ho Chi Minh in Ho Chi Minh city, headed by the president of the Youth Federation in Vietnam of Ho Chi Minh city comrade Fam Hong Son, took part in the work of Saint-Petersburg international youth forum PIYF 6.0 «Territory of actions».
More than 1000 young people from Russia and abroad participated in the forum. Within the forum the participants were involved into the creative communication and positive networking «open collar» with the well-known public men, leaders of opinion, representatives from the business sphere, state authorities, scientists and other experts.
On the discussion platforms of the forum the issues concerning the education, economics, modern technologies, youth entrepreneurship, international relations, culture, sports, mass media, patriotism and other actual directions were brought up.
The visit of the delegation of the Youth Communist Union named after Ho Chi Minh in Ho Chi Minh city was dated to the conduction of the First Russian-Vietnamese Youth Forum in Saint-Petersburg from November 30 till December 3 in 2018.
The idea of organization of the series of bilateral youth activities was born in May 2018 after the successful conduction of the Russian-Vietnamese cultural-business forum and the work with the official delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam, headed by the member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the city committee of the Communist Party of Ho Chi Minh city comrade Nguyen Thien Nhan.
