    On 26 April - 1 May, there were Days of St. Petersburg Culture in Ulaanbaatar (Mongolia)

    Within the framework of the Days, there was an opening of the exhibition "Books of Mongolian nomads: a journey through space and time" from the Mongolian Foundation of the Institute of Oriental Manuscripts, Russian Academy of Sciences, as well as the exhibition "From St. Petersburg Heart to the Heart of Asia" from St. Petersburg collection of culture state budgetary institution "Museum-Institute of the Roerich family."

    The leading singers of St. Petersburg culture state budgetary institution "The Sate Chamber Music Theater "The St. Petersburg Chamber Opera" held the gala concert "Echo of friendship" jointly with the Mongolian State Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet.

    The delegation's visit program included the meetings with representatives of People's Khural, the Municipality of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia's Ministry of Culture.

    Also, St. Petersburg delegation laid a wreath at the monument to soldiers of the Soviet Army.
    There was a ceremony to name one of the streets in Ulaanbaatar after Roerich.
