      On November 3, a meeting of the Deputy Chairman of the Committee for External Relations M.M. Sumin with Paulo Santos, Deputy Head of the Mission from the Republic of Portugal to Russia and Councilor of the Embassy of Portugal, was held in Smolny

      In the course of the meeting, Mr. Santos informed the Committee about the Week of Portuguese Films to be held in St. Petersburg from 4th to 8th of November, 2015 at the “Velikan Park” cinema.
