    A delegation from Antwerp (Belgium) visited St. Petersburg on May 7-9 to participate in the events dedicated to commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Victory Day

    In the course of their visit the members of the delegation participated in the solemn commemorative wreath-laying ceremony at the Piskarevskoye Memorial Cemetery and the Victory Day Parade at Palace Square.

    The delegation was headed by the first Vice Mayor of Antwerp K. Kennis.

    K. Kennis, Vice Mayor of Antwerp, also attended a meeting with E.D. Grigoriev, Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg, devoted to discussing the prospects for cooperation in the area of economics, trade, transport, logistics, culture, fashion and design.
