Among them the development of multi-purpose complex “Baltiyskaya zhemchuzhina”, executed with support of Governments of Saint-Petersburg and Shanghai. Years of Russia in China and Years of China in Russia, Crossed years of Russian and Chinese languages, Years of tourism made a huge contribution to activation of bilateral relations. Partners of Saint-Petersburg in China are the cities of Beijing, Shanghai, Qingdao and Guangdong province.
