On February 12, 2013, at Smolny, a meeting of St. Petersburg Government member, Chairman of St. Petersburg Committee for External Relations A. V. Prokhorenko and Deputy Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in St. Petersburg F. von Weyhe took place.
