    Festive Events Devoted to the Bicentenary of the Historic Meeting of the Emperor Alexander I and the Swedish Crown Prince Carl Johan Bernadotte

    On August 24, 2012, festive events were held in Turku (Republic of Finland) devoted to the bicentenary of the historic meeting of the Emperor Alexander I and the Swedish Crown Prince Carl Johan Bernadotte. The events were participated by Mr. Sauli Niinistö, President of the Republic of Finland. The central event of the celebrations was the opening ceremony of the monument to Alexander I and Crown Prince Bernadotte in the center of Turku.
