The delegation consisted of promising young politicians and political scientists from different states of America, dealing with relations with Russia.
Vice Governor Vasily Kichedzhi described the political system of Russia and St.Petersburg, and spoke about the collaboration of St.Petersburg and the United States.
During the conversation, the guests revealed their interest in the structure of St.Petersburg Government,and the issues of education and public health care. Of particular interest was the theme of struggle against smoking.
Visit of the delegation in St.Petersburg was organized by the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo).
