    A Round Table Run in the City of Nazareth Illit

    On May 18, 2011, Information and Business Center of St.Petersburg in Haifa (Israel) organized in Nazareth Illit a roundtable discussion that involved Professor I.A. Narkevich, Rector of St.Petersburg State Chemical-Pharmaceutical Academy, representatives of the industrial park “Ziporit” in Nazareth Illit, and a number of companies operating in the development and production of vitamins, minerals, and dietary additives.

    On May 18, 2011, Information and Business Center of St.Petersburg in Haifa (Israel) organized in Nazareth Illit a roundtable discussion that involved Professor I.A. Narkevich, Rector of St.Petersburg State Chemical-Pharmaceutical Academy, representatives of the industrial park “Ziporit” in Nazareth Illit, and a number of companies operating in the development and production of vitamins, minerals, and dietary additives.

    At the round table, Professor I.A. Narkevich made a presentation on pharmaceutical cluster in St.Petersburg, told about the special economic zones, research and training in the areas of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

    A visit was organized to plant “SupHerb”, where they were introduced to the work of chemical and microbiological laboratorie that include the Research Department and Diagnostic Laboratory HPLC.

    Dr S. Shapiro, Head of Information and Business Center of St.Petersburg in Haifa, informed the participants about the IV St.Petersburg International Innovation Forum and the first international business partnering forum “BioInvest Russia 2011” and invited to participate in these forums.

    On the same day, the meeting with Sh. Gefaso, Mayor of Nazareth Illit, took place, during which discussed was the development of contacts between St.Petersburg and the city Nazareth Illit – the capital of Galilee.
