On February 9, 2011, a delegation of the City of Lahti (Finland), headed by Mayor Jyrki Myllyvirta, visited St.Petersburg in order to familiarize with the activities of Helsinki-Center representative office at the House of Finland.
Within the confines of this visit, the Finnish delegation had a business meeting with I.O. Lonskiy, Deputy Chairman of St.Petersburg Committee for External Relations, in Smolny.
At the meeting, special attention was paid to discussing the issues of cooperation between St.Petersburg and the City of Lahti in the areas of logistics, tourism, and economy.
