On October 25, 2010, a session of the working group within the framework of the Program of European Neighbourhood Policy Instrument “South-East Finland–Russia” in Kouvola (Finland). The session was attended by S.S. Nikolaev, Head of the Nordic and Eastern Europe Department at the Committee for External Relations.
During the session, basic provisions and mechanisms for implementing large-scale projects were discussed, under the ENPI Program “South-East Finland–Russia”.
