In preparation for the program of the Committee for External Relations to celebrate the 25th anniverary of St.Petersburg and Barcelona partnership in 2010, there was a meeting of A.B. Chichkanov, Chairman of the St.Petersburg Committee on Investments and Strategic Projects, and Enrique Lacalle, President of International Exhibition "Barcelona Meeting Point", at Smolny on February 16, 2010. During the meeting, St.Petersburg participation was discussed in the exhibition "Barcelona Meeting Point" in 2010.
