    Delegation of Finland Visited St.Petersburg

    To celebrate the bicentenary of establishing the statehood of Finland, the delegation of the State Secretaries (Deputy Ministers) of the departments of Republic of Finland, headed by R. Volanen, Head of Government of the Republic of Finland, visited St.Petersburg on May 25 through 26.

    To celebrate the bicentenary of establishing the statehood of Finland, the delegation of the State Secretaries (Deputy Ministers) of the departments of Republic of Finland, headed by R. Volanen, Head of Government of the Republic of Finland, visited St.Petersburg on May 25 through 26.

    During the visit, the delegation met with A.I. Vakhmistrov, Vice-Governor of St.Petersburg, to discuss general issues of cooperation between St.Petersburg and Finland.

    In addition, certain members of the delegation held individual meetings with Vice-Governors of St.Petersburg on various directions of interaction of St.Petersburg and Finland.
